Most creative people are exceptionally good at one thing they rarely acknowledge: managing the distance between who they are and who they present themselves to be.

It works, until it doesn't.

The Forma Circle exists for the moment when that distance becomes the thing that's limiting you. Not your skills, not your market, not your timing. The inner beliefs that have been running quietly in the background, unexamined, directing more than you realise.

We go there. That's the work.

A Circle is a small group — never more than eight — that meets monthly. What happens inside it stays inside it.

One person's question gets the full attention of the room. Not the person — the question, the problem, the thing that won't resolve. The group listens, notices, reflects. Without judgement. Without rushing to solve.

Then something shifts. The person moves from the centre to the edge — from observed to observer. The group continues without them. And in that brief distance, something becomes visible that wasn't before.

We use methods that are inherently creative — because some things resist language until you find another way to reach them. The hand, the image, the material sometimes gets there before the word does. Not as therapy. Not as art class. As tools, used precisely, to unearth what the rehearsed narrative has been covering.

By the time the person steps back in, the question has usually changed shape. That's when the real work begins.
